¡¡Hola!! Espero estés muy bien pasándo un rico día. No se si a ti te pasa muy seguido pero para mí el dilema de traer el cabello largo o corto es un cuento de nunca acabar. Siempre me arrepiento cuando me lo corto porque sé que me voy a tardar bastante en tenerlo como antes, pero gracias a las redes sociales no puedo evitar el verme tentada a cortarlo. Así que hoy te enlisto lo que en mi opinión son las ventajas y desventajas de tener el cabello corto vs largo, espero te sirva si también tienes dudas.
Hello! I hope you´re having a lovely day. I don´t know about you, but in my case I have the always dilemma about my hair. Should I let them grow or should I cut it. It´s always the wrong decision. So today I enlist my true Pros and Conts about Short vs Long hair. I hope you like it.
Ventajas Cabello Corto / Pro Short Hair
- Usas menos productos de belleza.
- Se tarda menos tiempo en secarse.
- Para planchartelo es menos tiempo.
- Te puedes hacer peinados femeninos en menor tiempo como corona de trenzas, cola de caballo baja para un look más sofisticado y elegante (el cual es mi favorito) entre otros.
- No se te atora con la ropa ni por delante ni por detrás.
- You use lest beauty products.
- It takes less time to dry.
- To iron it is less time.
- You can do feminine hairstyles in less time like crown braids, low ponytail for a more sophisticated look (which is my favorite).
- It does not get caught in your clothes, neither in front or behind.
Desventajas Cabello Corto / Conts Short Hair
- No te puedes hacer muchos peinados elaborados como chongos altos o trenzas muy producidas.
- Al usar planchas o rizadores debes tener mayor cuidado para no quemarte.
- En invierno te da más frio por no tener tanto cabello que te cubra el cuello.
- Si no lo detienes con pinzas o algún broche se te va a la cara muy seguido.
- En mi caso, al no pesar tanto el cabello se esponja más (es lo que más detesto)
- You can´t do a lot of elaborate hairstyles like high buns or heavily produced braids.
- When using irons or curlers you must be extra careful not to burn yourself.
- In winter, it makes you colder because you don´t have so much hair that covers your neck.
- If you don´t stop it with tweezers or a brooch, it goes to your face very often.
- In my case, it sponges more (it is what I detest the most).
Ventajas Cabello Largo / Pro Long Hair
- Te puedes hacer todos los peinados que gustes de cualquier estilo.
- Si lo mantienes hidratado se verá muy hermoso y te lucirá más.
- Te protege del frío y en verano con un chongo alto rápidamente estás a salvo del calor.
- Luce mucho más con accesorios como sombreros, gorras, diademas y hasta con pashminas.
- En mi caso se acomoda mejor al despertar debido al peso.
- You can do all the hairstyle you like in any style.
- If you keep it hydrated it will look very beautiful.
- It protects you from the cold on winter, and in summer with a high bun you are quickly safe from the heat.
- It show it off much more with accessories such as hats, caps, headbands and even pashminas.
- In my case, it accommodates better when I wake up due to the weight.
Desventajas Cabello Largo / Conts Long Hair
- Es muy tardado y cansado para secarse, plancharlo y/o rizarlo.
- Cuesta mucho más el mantenerlo bonito, tanto con mascarillas, luces, tintes y peinados en salón.
- Se cae más, por lo que es molesto limpiar superficies como regadera o en tu lugar donde lo cepillas.
- Pesa más, por lo que puede darte dolores de cabeza al lavarlo (muy pocas veces me pasó, pero fue una de las causas para cortarlo)
- Para las que somos mamás, el bebé se ve más tentado de jalar tu cabello aunque lo tengas agarrado.
- It takes too time consuming and tiring to dry and when ironing or curling.
- It costs much more to keep it beautiful, both with masks, lights, dyes and hairstyles in the salon.
- It falls off more, so it is annoying to clean surfaces like a shower or where you brush it.
- It weighs more so it can give you headaches when washing it (It rarely happened to me, but it was one of the causes for cutting it).
- For those of us who are moms, the baby is more tempted to pull your hair even if you have it.
